These Terms and services (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by The Bedbugsters LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”), including bedbug treatments, inspections, follow-up services, and any SMS communications. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided
The Bedbugsters LLC offers the following services:
• Bedbug inspections
• Bedbug treatments
• Follow-up services (if bedbugs return within two weeks)

2. Payment and Fees
• Monthly Fees: Our services operate on a monthly flat-fee subscription model if agreed upon by both the customer and The Bedbugsters LLC.
• One-Time Payment Option: We also offer a one-time payment option per treatment if preferred by the customer.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and must be made in full to continue service.

3. Customer Responsibilities
• Customers must provide access to the premises where bedbug treatments will take place.
• Customers must inform The Bedbugsters LLC of any recurring bedbug issues within the guaranteed follow-up period (two weeks after treatment).
• Customers are responsible for preparing the premises before treatment. This includes removing or protecting any heat-sensitive items (such as candles, electronics, vinyl records, cosmetics, and anything else that could melt or be damaged by high heat). Customers should also clean and organize the area as much as possible to allow clear access to all rooms and ensure a thorough and effective treatment.

4. Liability
• Limitation of Liability: The Bedbugsters LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
• Exclusions: The Bedbugsters LLC is not responsible for any damage to property or belongings that occurs during or after treatment unless caused by our negligence.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellation Policy: If a customer has a contract with The Bedbugsters LLC, at least one month’s advance notice is required to cancel the service.
• No Refunds: There are no refunds for services rendered. Customers may opt out of service at any time, but must provide the required notice if under contract.

6. SMS Communication Terms
To opt in, text START. By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to the following:
• You may receive informational, promotional, and marketing messages related to our services.
• Message frequency varies and may depend on your service schedule. Users will receive messages approximately once a week', depending on your service schedule.'
• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan and carrier.
• To stop receiving messages, text STOP or CANCEL at any time.
