After spending years in the pest control industry, we discovered that the part of the job we enjoyed most was tackling bedbug infestations. It was challenging, rewarding, and gave us a chance to make a real difference for people dealing with one of the most stressful pest problems.

But when it came to bedbug treatment specifically, there was one thing that didn't sit right with us - using harsh chemicals to get the job done. Over time, we began to question the long-term health risks, not just for our customers and ourselves, but also for pets and the environment.

That's when we decided to take a different path.

We created The Bedbugsters LLC with one mission in mind: to eliminate bedbugs safely, effectively, and without harsh chemicals. That mission hasn't changed but along the way, homeowners, cabin owners, and property managers kept asking us to handle everything else too. So today, we're a full-service pest control company, still built on that same standard of care we started with.

Chemical treatment is also available for bedbugs if that's your preference. As we've grown into full-spectrum pest control, other pest treatments are matched to what's most effective for that specific problem, which may include conventional methods.

Our trained technicians examine potential problem areas - mattresses, furniture, cracks, and crevices in walls or floors for bedbugs, or the relevant entry points and nesting sites for other pests - to assess the situation and determine the best course of action

  • For bedbugs, our specialty is eco-friendly heat, steam, and non-invasive treatment - though conventional chemical treatment is available if preferred. For other pests, we use the most effective treatment for the species and situation, which may include conventional pest control methods.
